I’m sharing my personal experience service & communication is good. Workmanship can be questioned. They were times workmanship was good but overall its bad.Did complete renovation to basement built room, office & full bath. First issue is the air duct material that is used is very cheap because in winter it expands & contracts when heat flows in it. It makes a lot of noise very annoying.Second the bathroom was linear drainage when plumber moved the drain. He did make a big enough for waterflow in drainage. After hiring a plumber thinking i may have clogged the drain he identified. The new drainage made is small for the amount of water flow that has go down. Everytime you shower always water build up, drains are not clogged. This cost me hiring a plumber & air duct tech to diagnose these issues.Also when it comes to clean up for my project i had clean up most part still lots of dry wall & wood chip debri to this day. They even left tiles, used paint and cut wood in cold room.Design & communication was good i just wished workmanship followed through as Good
